Soldiers And Commanders is an American owned small business that was started in 2009 by two best friends. At first our website only featured military history articles, but has grown and changed over time to now feature custom merchandise. We offer a wide variety of military and patriotic oriented merchandise including t-shirts, hoodies, bags, posters, and more. We proudly donate a minimum of 15% of our profits to The Battle Buddy Foundation to support their efforts to provide service dogs to veterans dealing with PTSD. Thanks for checking us out!
Our mission is to provide high quality custom military and patriotic merchandise to our customers. We aim to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience and responsive customer service. We also wish to give back a portion our profits to charities which support our veterans
Most items will be shipped within 5-10 business days of being ordered (weekends and holidays do not count as business days). Most orders are shipped through USPS. International orders will usually be delivered in 7-14 business days, however international shipping varies based on destination, therefore we are unable to provide a set delivery time. While most orders will be delivered in a very timely manner, shipping times cannot be guaranteed - delivery delays can occur due to weather, postal service errors, or other factors beyond our control. Free shipping sales are for domestic orders only (within the U.S) and not (unless stated) for international orders.
Refund and Returns Policies
Non-customized items may returned for a refund or exchange if the customer informs us (by email at email@example.com) within two weeks of delivery of their need for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in new (unused condition). Items which have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way may not be returned. If there is an error in printing, sizing, or style, please immediately contact us by email, and include a photo (if possible) of the item, so that we may authorize a return or reprint.
Customized items (with a name or photo printed on them), including customized posters, shirts, hoodies, mugs etc, may not be returned unless there in an error in printing, sizing, or style. We are not responsible for misprints in spelling if the original information supplied by the customer was misspelled, so please be careful when supplying the spelling of names. If a customized item arrives with an error in printing, sizing, or style, please immediately contact us by email with the reason for return, and (if possible) a photo of the items, showing the error, so that we may authorize a return or reprint. We are not responsible for items which have been lost or damaged in the mail - the shipping service is responsible and a claim must be filed with the shipping service.
An order may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received within one business day of the order being placed. If you would like to cancel an order please immediately contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has gone to the supplier for production (after one business day) an order may not be cancelled.
